Last Friday, Me and my fellow blogger friend Ana were invited for an intimate visit at Gus. We visited the furniture exhibit at Greenbelt 5's entrance / concierge area and main studio located at The Residence just across Greenbelt 5. The exhibit at the concierge area (which is until today, June 17) showcase Gus Modern sofas, chairs, and tables, among others while at the main studio, you can find the display of the Fall 2012 collection of Gus Modern.

It opened last February 2012 and carries the full Gus Modern product line with other international brands like Blu Dot and Oliver Hemming time pieces.
Gus believes that it is the object’s simplicity which lends it the elegance that can mix with the industrial. Inspiration comes from simple forms and honest materials. Combining great design with practical purpose - a true modern furniture, fit for the sensible-living urbanite. Today, the company's wide array of sofas, sectionals, chairs and tables, has set high standards of clean lines, quality and modernist feel.
The inception of GUS was the result of a passion for elegant minimal furniture and the desire to bring these products to market. Each piece is designed and manufactured in-house and is selected for its timeless design, many inspired by the classic works of the past. Their furnishings have been chosen for their ability to work together, or as stand-alone, in residential, contract and hospitality environments.
