Rainy days might leave you feeling gloomy but it is not an excuse to dress down. This weather is an opportunity to play with our clothes and experiment on layers which we can’t do during hot weather.

    I know exactly what you mean, it never rains here in Southern California which is why I have scored four pair of trendy rain boots on clearance. ***sigh*** that I never get to wear.
