Growling Gorilla

Folded & Hung tshirt / The Ramp skirt / Call It Spring heels / Forever 21 necklace and bracelet

It seems that the latest staple to hit on my wardrobe lately is a comfy tee and animal face tees are a trend that I'm really starting to love.

Inverted Cosmos

Thrifted jacket / Folded & Hung tshirt / K2 skirt / Aldo sneakers

I was looking around the mall the other day and spotted this hipster shirt over at the men's section. For some odd reason, the girls graphic shirts are no where as cool as the guys so, I always tend to like guy's shirts much more. Besides the design, I really like the comfort and fitting of these tees, they scream tomboy in the most unbelievably cool way and they totally fit my style. So yeah, I just buy the smallest size I can fit in, and roll with it.

Pitch Black

For Me buttondown shirt / Forever 21 shorts / Aldo sneakers

Nothing's better than an all black-ensemble, it's clean, polished and definitely a go-to color if I’m struggling for what to wear or just want to be comfortable. Here, I tried to make an all-black outfit look less boring by paying more attention to unique detailing and breaking up textures. So make sure you wear different materials of black within the outfit, this will help create dimension and contrast within.

Guns n Roses

Cardigan, Thrifted • Floral top, c/o Simone's Closet • Shorts, Forever 21 • Boots, Soule Phenomenon • Cuff, +Ruckus

I've been wearing floral prints for a couple of days now in a girly style but today I opted for an edgier and tougher style to it. Anyway, Simone's closet will be releasing more of these and other girly romantic dresses and tops that would be a perfect wear for this love month and for the summer season to come, so stay tuned!

Rock and roll baby

Leather jacket, Thrifted • Top, Cue • Skirt, c/o Simone's Closet • Boots, Soule Phenomenon

What better way to rock this vintage skirt from the 90s, than the luxe grunge way. Since plaid is a bold pattern, it’s best to pair it with neutral solids. A simple tucked-in tee subdues a bold plaid skirt. To finish up the grungy look, pair it with a leather jacket and a biker boots.

More skirts perfect to wear this holiday season over at Simone's Closet, you guys should check it out!

In the pouring rain

Jumper tee, Thrifted • Shorts, Forever 21 • Boots, Coggie (thrifted from Camille Co) • Necklace, Call It Spring • Cuffs, +Ruckus

See, I've been shopping a lot of stuff lately for the holiday season. I'm supposedly shopping for Christmas gifts but so far all my purchases are for myself, Evil me! I love shopping too much!

Anyway, I've been wishing for a rainy weather, for a good excuse to wear this jumper and boots that I recently bought. Nothing's more perfect to wear on this chilly and gloomy weather than those two. Opted to pair the jumper with a shorts, I'm that person that goes bare legged as often as possible, I'd rather be a bit chillier on the bottom and wrapped in for a little warmth on top. Aside from that, I always choose to wear boots because it avoids sliding off the slippery floor and protects my feet from getting wet.
