Top it off
Kimono colorblock top, c/o Sugarlips • Bandage skirt, Necessary Clothing • Clogs, Virtual Mae • Necklace, Love Diva • Bracelets, Extremefinds/Forever 21
A more chic and stylish replacement for normal tee/shirt are kimono-style tops. These flowy toppers achieve that perfect hybrid between elegance and ease. Not only is it extremely comfortable, but this asymmetrical top is flattering towards every kind of figure and its elegant flow and delicate fabric give your simple outfit a complete level-up. They are so versatile, you can pair them with shorts, jeans, pants or skirt- practically with anything in your summer wardrobe!

With a twist of tulips
Buttondown, Thrifted • Shorts, Pinkaholic Fashion Shoppe • Shoes, Rome Shop • Accessories, SM Accessories/Forever 21/Extremefinds
With all the floral print trends blooming this season, rarely do you see a tulip pattern design. That is why I opted to wear this print with another print to see how well it blends. The tulip print in shades of orange and blue mixed with the neutral polka dots adds a feminine edge to this outfit.

Needs alterations

Necklace, from a store in Cebu • Ring, Extremefinds • Cuff, SM Accessories
Necklace, from a store in Cebu • Ring, Extremefinds • Cuff, SM Accessories
Wore this today at my sister's graduation and lunch/dinner celebration. This skirt would've been perfect if only it was a bit fitted on me. I've been looking for this kind of skirt for quite sometime now, so when I saw one at K8 I immediate bought it even though it was a medium. Oh well, guess I really need this altered.

Free spirit
Top, Forever 21 • Shorts, Shop Incez Axe • Wedge, Fusion • Bracelet, Forever 21/Extremefinds
This has got to be my favorite outfit of the week just because everything's new. I've been obsessing with printed high-waist shorts lately and when I found this over at Incez Axe, I didn't think twice and bought it right away. Don't you just love the combination of prints? It's my favorite shorts so far! While, the top is just one of those impulsive haul over at Forever 21, really got attracted on the fringes though. And the wedge is a gift from my cousin in the US. Every time she gives me stuff she always tell me that "I can't wait to see it in your blog!" Shoutout to my sexy cousin, Hi Sanci!. Anyway, hope you all had/or having great weekend!

Uptown girl
Dress, Forever 21 • Belt, Topshop • Pumps, Rosanna Pena • Bracelets, Extremefinds/Forever 21 • Bag, Charles&Keith
This dress really gives off that retro vibe, don't you think? Maybe because of its colors and style, that's why that song "uptown girl" instantly played inside my head. Anyway, this March, I'll be wearing more summer colors and resort-inspired outfits, to kick off the summer which I can't hardly wait. Today, let me start off with a floral ensemble.

Dressed for the sun
Dress, c/o Simone's Closet • Gladiator flats, Parisian by SM • Accessories, Forever 21/H&M/Extremefinds/ • Bag, Charles&Keith
It's officially sundress season! With all this warm weather going on, it's time to break out the sunny summer clothes! Nothing could be more cool, fresh and chic than wearing a dress on a humid day. Sundresses are the best way to beat the heat in this weather. The sundress instantly gives a feminine look that are lighter and more comfortable than another sort of dress. Add on accessories to spark up the ensemble.

Connect the dots
Buttondown shirt and Skirt, Thrifted • Chloe Sevigny x Opening Ceremony, Rome • YSL-inspired ring, Extremefinds
Wore print on print polka dots at the Chocolate Clothing valentines hook up event earlier this afternoon. Will share everything about the event on a separate post, for the meantime I leave you now with an outfit post. Thank you Keigh for taking these photos!
A weekend of everything that flies
Plaid shirt, Thrifted • Tanktop, Zara • Shorts, Pink Manila • Boots, Aldo • Belt, Landmark • Rings and Bracelets, Forever 21/Extremefinds/H&M
Yesterday, I went to the 17th Hot Air Balloon Fiesta held at Clark Freeport, Pampanga. It was my first time to attend the festival, and so I took the opportunity to get the Coachella/Glastonbury vibe on, hence the festival-dressing outfit. The whole venue really reminds me so much of Coachella/Glastonbury, because of the several tents set-up, stalls of food, music, picnic on the grass grounds and the sea of people!
All in all, I enjoyed the sight of the sunrise of hot air balloons of differing designs and sizes, flying kites, different training aircraft, helicopters, commercial and light planes and air rescues, sky diving and paragliding stunts. Here are the rest of the photos I took from the festival -
