Inverted Cosmos

Thrifted jacket / Folded & Hung tshirt / K2 skirt / Aldo sneakers

I was looking around the mall the other day and spotted this hipster shirt over at the men's section. For some odd reason, the girls graphic shirts are no where as cool as the guys so, I always tend to like guy's shirts much more. Besides the design, I really like the comfort and fitting of these tees, they scream tomboy in the most unbelievably cool way and they totally fit my style. So yeah, I just buy the smallest size I can fit in, and roll with it.

Horizontal Line

Top, c/o Style Hub • Skirt, K2 • Shoes, Soule Phenomenon • Bracelets, c/o Lovetoshopuk • Ring, c/o Giftsahoy

I personally love stripes because it makes an outfit stand out and quirky, even though no effort goes into it. Specially, when I’m running late and just don’t have time to patiently choose an outfit for the day, I turn to a striped blouse and skirt combo paired with accessories.

Goodbye Ombre

Jumper, Thrifted • Bandage Skirt, K2 • Wedge Sneakers, Topshop

I guess the title gave it away already, but yes, finally after almost a year of sporting the look, the time has come to say goodbye to my ombre hair. I did love my lighter ends but they were just so frazzled from the bleach and the blonde seemed to go a yellowish color, it looked so dry and unhealthy. And honestly, I'm bored with the look of my hair. I'm not cutting it anytime soon, so I just decided to get my hair back to the usual ash brown hair color. I'm happy with the change, it already looks so much healthier now plus I think the dark tone gave me a new look. What do you think? yay or nay?

Biker chic

Blazer, Thrifted • Corset, c/o Pazzy Navarro • Shorts, K2 • Boots, Coggie • Necklace, Call It Spring • Cuff, +Ruckus • Bag, Balenciaga
Make up by: Pazzy Navarro

The biker chic look is more versatile than you might expect! You don’t need to default to the traditional black leather jacket and motorcycle boots (although it’s a classic style). Take this tough girl attitude and soften it up with long wind-blown hair and a little make-up. Though, I am really not a biker chick, it doesn't mean I can't rock the look right?

Rock and roll tribe

Tribal printed buttondown shirt, K2 • High-waist shorts, People are People • Color-block pumps, Necessary Clothing

If you have been following the trends, then by now you all know that the major trend this season are all about prints and one of 'em are the tribal/ethnic prints. There’s nothing like a bright sunny day to bring on the longing for bold prints. And tribal prints – the striking, energetic and vibrant patterns and batik, are just the best match for this summer weather. Because the print is already a statement on it's own, I opted to tone down the colorful tribal top with a solid black separate shorts, for a bit of rock n’ roll edge.

Painting the town in sparkles

Blazer, Forever 21 • Sequined top, Shop Incez Axe • Skirt, K2 • Heels, Charles&Keith

Nothing screams New Years eve like sequins. New Years usually brings out the best of sequin amongst almost everyone of us! everyone just loves to rock it during this time of year. Who doesn't want to look fabulous on this night right? Of course, like everyone, I want to look best and rock it uniquely! So I went for an edgy and funky look. This was achieved when I toned down the sequined top by wearing it with simple pieces and a striped blazer. We went to church earlier that night and celebrated New Years with an intimate dinner at home with the family so keeping it simple yet edgy was a perfect nye outfit!

Happy New Year to all of my readers, blogger friends and supporting brands! You all have been such a wonderful blessing to me!
Thank you for the friendship and support! May this new year bring you more opportunities and success in your life and career! Cheers!

Tweed-tastic

Tweed jacket, Thrifted • Tank top, Zara • Bodycon skirt, K2 • Peeptoe heels/Sling bag, Call It Spring
Leather studded wrap/Braided bracelet, Extremefinds

A tweed jacket is a must-have fashionable cover-up staple this season. The best way to wear this is by pairing it with a plain non-patterned top. Pick out a dominant color from the jacket's weaves and use this as a base for your outfit. To give it a modern flare, wear a tweed jacket with a neon tank and put on a pair of plain black bottoms and shoes. These combination gives the jacket a playful edge. Jazz up the look by accessorizing with a colorful chunky necklace or colorful bracelets.

I wore this on group dinner date with few of my blogger friends at Yabu. It's probably one of the best dinner I've ever had because of the special treat from Yabu and of course, great talk and laugh with my friends. Will blog about my katsu craze experience at Yabu after this post.

It's been a slice

Top, Bluwave bazaar • Bodycon skirt, K2 • Cuff, Shop Incez Axe • Jaguar ring and aviators, Forever 21 • Peep toe heels, Call It Spring

I was delighted when I was greeted by the sun in the morning so I was all cheered up to go out. Just as when I'm rejoicing for the return of the sun, it bid farewell too soon. A few minutes after these photos were taken it suddenly rained and it went for the entire afternoon. I'm really bummed out with this bipolar weather we're having lately.

Anyway, enough about my weather rants and on to the outfit. I really love wearing printed tops paired with solid color skirts or shorts, that has been my style for long time now. The print-on-print fascination is yet to try! I only have a few printed bottoms on my closet, so I'll be shopping more of those from now on. I really want to try the print-on-print trend that I've been seeing on the runways. I'm looking forward to level up my style on prints!

Blown away

Knitted top, Thrifted • Skirt, K2 • Heels, Charles & Keith • Necklace, Call It Spring • Watch, Axis • Bracelets, SM accessories

Nothings more perfect to wear on this breezy and windy weather, than a knitted jumper. This together with a skirt is a great combo for me. I'm that person that goes bare legged as often as possible, I'd rather be a bit chillier on the bottom and wrapped in for a little warmth on top, that's just how I embrace the weather. Opted for neutral hue combined with a pop color which gives some sort of playful hint.

Loving this new heels from Charles & Keith that I just bought the other day, yet another pair of heels that are really comfortable for a stroll. This brand have a great collection of chic, feminine, sexy and sophisticated shoes. Had a misconception that the heels from this brand are expensive but actually they're really affordable. I threw on black socks to this heels, to make it look chic, not to mention it warms my cold feet.

Silver accessories goes well with palette of what I'm wearing so I went all silver out and to spice things up a little more I wore this necklace that brings a rocker vibe.

Have a great long weekend!
